All VodCoach coaches are Grandmaster or Master tier on their main role. We verify rank every patch cycle.
What ranks can get coached?+
We coach anyone below Diamond — Iron through Emerald. If you're already Diamond+, you're probably past what a single VOD review can help with.
How do I submit my VOD?+
After booking, you'll receive a link to submit your replay file or a YouTube/Twitch VOD link. We accept any format.
How long until I get my review?+
Most reviews are delivered within 48 hours of submission. You'll get a notification when your coach is ready.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
If you feel your review didn't provide value, reach out within 7 days and we'll either re-review with a different coach or refund you.
Can I request a specific coach?+
Not yet — but we always match you with a coach who mains your role and has deep knowledge of your matchups.
